It has been brought to the City's. attention that you have concerns regarding �yelloW
curbing at the intersection.of Fourth Avenue North and Daley Street. There are many
reasons for placement of yellow. curbing to restrict parking for the benefit of traffi.c
safety.

visibility by using a sight triangle method.'. The.object of the sight triangle is to be able to.
