Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by Chairman Tuson.

application before the board. He quoted Section 4502 of the

'It was noted by Chairman Tuson that a building permit had not

been requested, Mr* Campbell stated that he had understood

�that the general contractor had taken that out for the entire,

job. He was dealing directly with Sylvia.

The applicant was questioned as to why it could not go on the

roof of the building. He explained that it couldnot go on the

roof or the ground because of length of1reon lines. Cost was

not a factor in placing it where it is located. He said he

looked directly across the street at the theatre and saw the

projection into the alley there. He was informed that this had
been done before there were any codes.
The question of a line directly above the compreBsor was brought

up by Finnigan and the members were informed by Slabaugh that

it was the CATV cable line.

After discussion regarding the lack of a permit, reason for

placing it where it a and other itemsv Mr. Tuson made a motion
to deny the request to leave the air-c cad itioner projecting

into the alley. Second by Cooper and the motion carried.
