property. The improvement of sidewalks in need of repair at the
expense of the abutting property. -owner is provided by City
Ordinance'. Chapter 7.20 and Revised Code of Washingto'n,.Chapter.
35.68.
The areas needing repair have been marked in paint on the
sidewalk adjoining your property. Reconstruction permi ts must be
obtained from the Building Department at 501 Bell Street within 30
days upon receipt of this certified letter. The f,ee.fo'r' the"
