The home use to be an Adult Family Home. The home had a very bad odor and the walls were scratched and dirty. The home was remodeled, as I understood from the previous owners, in 2003.The only work I have been doing is repainting the house inside, repainting the moldings, changing from carpet to laminate floors. I was told that for this type of finish work I do not need a building permit from the city.
