Fire Department required the address be visible from the street, fire extinguishers be available on both floors, and
smokes be hardwired, battery back up and interconnected in and outside all bedrooms on both floors.
I made contact today and all the above conditions have been met.
It appears the Rosegarden is in business.

Mike:
I wouldn't mind if we ran through the Business License review, with Sandy's
concurrence, even though a BL is not required.

So Rob .......... Is this type of approved by Planning with just the Fire Marshal review? I would
predict that the complainers will not be satisfied with that and would pursue a different answer. Go
to rosega rden home. corn 4,4 rd mN -

Hello Mike,
If a Bed & Breakfast has two or more units to rent, it must have a business license.
A Bed and Breakfast with only one unit must register with the Fire Marshal but does not
need a business license.

Hi Sandy,
I wanted to confirm that a single family property meeting the definition below (in bold) is
required to go through the business license process. It appears that the B.L. process as
suggested in this code would be the best process to review all aspects.
Thanks!
Mike
