The City has received your request for an address change at the 28 unit
and 50 unit apartment buildings presently addressed as 1151 5th Avenue
South.
The Building Offical and the Fire Marshall have concurred that such a
change would be in conformance with the addressing policies of the
City. Therefore, approval has been given to change 1151 5th Ave. S. to:
500 Elm Way (28 Unit Building)
550 Elm Way (50 Unit Building)
The City will notify all applicable City departments of the change. It
will be your responsibility to notify all others, including the Post
Office. You have 30 days to post new address numbers.

We have recently purchased the Highland Park Apartments at 1151 5th Avenue S. The property
has a 28 unit building on the northern half of the property and a 50 unit building on the
southeastern portion of the property. The property has entrances on both 5th Avenue S. and Elm
Way.
This letter is our formal request to readdress the 28 unit building as 500 Elm Way and the 50 unit
building as 550 Elm Way.
