RE: CU-3-87 Application for a Home Occupation
Dear Ms. Drawsky,
This letter is in reference to the home occupation application you
submitted to us on January 27, 1987. We have tried to reach you by
phone, but have been unsuccessful.
The Edmonds Community Development Code requires that all property
owners and renters within 80 feet of a property be notified of a
proposed action. A check of your adjacent property owner list
indicates that not all of the surrounding properties are included on
the list.
The portion of the application explaini*ng how to obtain this
information is enclosed. Please read it and follow the directions on
obtaining property owner and renter names and addresses.
We will process your home application approval once we obtain this
information. Please either mail or bring in the remaining property
owner and renter information at your convenience. If you have any
questions, please call me at 771-3202.
Sincerely,
Leigh Francis
