On February 17, 1981, the Edmonds City Council passed
Resolution 488 for construction, reconstruction and repair
of deteriorated sidewalks. A public hearing will be held
in the Council Chambers at the -'Civic Center on April 21,1981

Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 35.68.
The are as needing repair have been marked in paint on
the sidewalk adjoining your property. Reconstruction and
repair of these sidewalks must be cor"pleted on or before
September 1, 1981. In the event improvements are not
completed within the above specified time, the City will
perform and complete the improvements the expense of the
abutting property owner.
This action is' in response to many citizen requests
and pedestrian failing accidents which have been increasing
in recent years as a result of sidewalk deterioration and
increased pedestrian traffic.

After receiving the copy of Sam's letter to Liberty TX., Ted Lovett
was contacted regarding the problem. He indicated that the Harbormaster
Condominimum requested a change in billing to put the services on an
individual apartment basis. During the change -over, the Cable T.V.1s
computer billing services made an error in the exchange. The problem
is being resolved through a letter to be sent to Sam Saindon in
California by the first of next week.
