the above address, upon reviewing the situatioul, we find the following
information:
(1) There is no newer directly abutting the property In
question.
(2) It appears that the Property could be sawored by connecting
to the trunk line in Edmonds Way, However, a private
easement would be needed from a property to the west.

In 1968, the Edmonds City Council passed a resolution which
adopted the policy whereby the City shall encourage and solicit agreement
from property owners in a street local improvement district.to participate
in -the placing of existing overhead wiring underground as part of such
improvement. The purpose of undergrounding is to beautify neighborhoods
by el ' Iminating unsightly wiring and to provide more safe and reliable service.
In co ' fi�f'ormance with this policy, a project has been proposed for converting
overhead wiring to underground along 9th Avenue in 1971. The project would
consist of removing poles, burying telephone and power lines,and install I ing
