owner is provided by City Ordinance, Chapter 7.20 an.d�'
Revised Code of Waskington, Chapter 35.68.
The areas needing repair have been marked in pai�nt on
the sidewalk adjoining your property. Reconstruction and
repair of these sidewalks must be completed on or before
September 1, 1981. In the event imprnvemen'ts�are not
completed within the above specified time, the City will,
perform and complete the improvements at', the ('-:xp(--nse 'of the
abutting.property owner.
This action is in response to many citizen requests
and pedestrian falling accidents which have been increasinq
in recent years as a result of sidewalk deterioration and
increased pedestrian traffic.
