FIRE AND SMOKE ALARM AGREEMENT
For your own personal safety, please check the fire detector
to make certain it is operating properly.
If it needs a battery call me and I will furnish a new one.
If you think the unit needs replacing let me know and 1 will
furnish a new one.
It is the legal responsibility of the tenant to replace the battery
afid periodically test the alarm by pushing the button on the bottom of
the unit.
Your safety is very important to me so I will furnish without
charge whatever is needed for your system, just call me.
