HAHN DIRECTOR I have read your letter and checked with the Street Division to verify the actual size of street cut restoration. According to the Street Division's records, they paved two areas. One was 41 x 2551 and the other 6-1/21 x 401. Based on these figures, the cost to restore said areas is $2,176. Since you were initially charged $2,325.50, you are entitled to a reimbursement of $149.50. In order to avoid paper work confusion, we will not apply a credit, but will refund the $149.50 to you and request your remittance of $2,667 for the repaving of 6th Ave., east of Walnut.
