Thank you for your quick response to my letter dated
April 28, 1987. A site inspection on May 21, revealed
that although, the grass was cut back from the sidewalk
a more permanent resolution to this problem is required.
The sod that is overtaking the sidewalk must be removed
to prevent future occurances.
Also, the piping must be removed. The work must be
complete wi'thin 15 days date of this letter to avoid
the matter being turne*d over to the Code Enforcement
Officer.

The City of Edmonds continues to receive complaints on your
property at 616 Daley Street. Please resolve the following
items within 15 working days:
1. Miscellaneous piping and debris must be.removed from
the site;
2 Grass is overtaking the City sidewalk, this must be removed.
Failure to do so will result in the City clearing the walk
and billing you for the work,-
3. Chapter 6.20 of the City Code 'requires that commerical or
multifamily zoned property be properly maintained. Please
remove the weeds and provide a general cleanup of the site.
Failure to complete the work within 15 working days will result in

The parking layout as proposed appears satisfactory. All
unused curb cuts wi'll have to be removed, and the curb/gutter/
sidewalk brought up to City standards. Underground wiring
is required to new building. An approved development plan is
required, plus the appropriate bonds, priorto issuance of
building permit.

vault in the sidewalk on Daley St. will have to be removed.
