Dear Mr. Mills,
During early January, an Edmonds citizen, Mr. Joe Szalay at 618 Edmonds Way
in Edmonds made us aware of a danger tree. A large Douglas Fir tree with a
dead top is located near his home, behind the sidewalk near the Red Snapper
Sea Food Restaurant.
In accordance with the policies on city.streets as a part of State Highways,
your city is responsible for control of the areas beyond the curbs. Could
you contact Mr. Szalay to discuss the disposition of the tree?
If we may be of further assistance, please call me at 764-4256. Thank you for
any help you. may provide Mr. Szalay.
