The Planning Department has examined the site plan of the proposed
apartment building in regard to the parking provisions of Section
12.14#020 H of the City Code,
The parking bays and maneuvering areas are adequate; however. certain
landscaping requirements have not been shown as required by the above
Section, 40 to V high decorative fences with some type of planting
material should be located on both sides of the parking area. In
addition, 8% of the paved area must be devoted to some type of land-
scaping. The present paved area is 1802 6q, ft.9 which means that
144 square feet of planting must be provided somewhere near the side
property lines along the parking area or somewhere within the parking
area itself.
We request that a revised site plan be submitted reflecting these
requirements at the earliest possible datee
