City crews have discovered an illegal waste water drain on this
property on May 6, 1992. It appears your washer is draining directly
to you backyard which is not an approved means of disposal according to
WAC 246-272-050 (no surface discharge) and City Developmental Code
18.10.040, Section B (Defective Drain.Pipes).
Please have this pipe connected properly by June 1, 1992 or the City
will be forced to disconnect your water service.
