1. Material: The applicant has proposed an acrylic faced freestanding

2. Lighting: An internally illuminated sign is proposed.
3. Colors: The applicant has purple, red, and blue letters with yellow
trim on a white background.
4. Sign Location: The sign is proposed to be centrally located on the
street frontage of the subject site.
5. Landscaping: The Community Development Code requires an area
of landscaping twice the size of the square footage of the proposed sign. In

96 square feet of landscaping. The applicant has proposed a landscape bed
