SW September 13, 1973 SUBJECT: Impending Notice to Connect to Sanitary Sewers Dear Resident: With the completion of the newly constructed sanitary sewers in the vicinity of your residence, the City will be re- quiring you to make connection to the appropriate sanitary sewer system adjacent to your property in the near future. By ordin- ance, residents adjacent to a sewer main are required to connect within 60 days of the official notice. Notices will be sent to all properties in this area when the final assessment roll hear- ing has been completed on Local Impr . ovement District 191. This should take place within approximately 30 days. Since your property was not located within the Local Improvement District, you will be charged a sewer connection charge in lieu of a L.I.D. assessment. This letter, the . refore, is to advise you of the impending notice and to allow you additional time to complete your sewer hook-up. You may, at any time after this date, connect to sewers by paying the charges indicated at the bottom of this letter to the Public Works Department, *200 Dayton Street, Edmonds.
