Alice Ross - 19508 88th Avenue West - Property originally belonged to Frank Ross, who passed away in 1974. Ms. Ross, sister to Frank Ross, presently resides in California and e She will return to Edmonds ).)is trying to settle the estate. sometime in June or July, 1976. Ms. Ross contacted our office 4/13/76 and was referred to Engineering for calculation of' r\ the connection fee. At that time, Engineering granted an extension to June/July 1976. On 6/IS/76, we will check to see if Ms. Ross has returned from California. 2. Roy Williams Due to Mr. Williams' 2 q's financial situation, a 90-day extension was granted by Ron until 7/17/76 at which time his situation will be reviewed. 3. Joe Scooby - 21813 95th Avenue West - The developer of Bellin Gardens was to install the side -sewer and Chet Bennett wishes to force the issue. At Mr. Bennett's request, we verbally granted a 30 to 60-day extension. After 30 days had expired, _,A I phoned Mr. Benne.tt re the status of connection. Mr. Bennett said a little more �imq was required. Therefore, I will recheck 61.1-1-0.6. (,11,5176; 4. Lynda Zarelli Trejo - 19.411 80th Avenue West - On 4/29/76, Ms. Trejo submitted.a letter to the Mayor requesting an extension to the end of May. On 5/5/76, a certified letter was sent granting an extension to 5/31/76; On 6/3/76, connection had not been completed; therefore, water service was terminated. After Memo to J. A certified letter was sent 4/30 informing Mr. Small of the connection fee andrequired he contact our office by S/6/76. Mr. Small then directed a letter to the Mayor on 5/7 requesting an extension. By Ron Whaley's directive, we sent a certified letter on 5/19 granting a 90-day extension until 8/lS/76. 6. Therefore, on 6/2/76, we sent a memo to Engineering asking which connection charge was correct. In their answer of 6/7, the correct connection fee is $813.80. The Cooper's are aware of this charge since it is stated in their agreement with the Lowery's. 2. Virginia Evans C-77i!5 Was in the process of selling property to a builder who was to construct a 19-unit .apartment and had an extension to 6/l/76. Ms. Evans called 5/26 and explained the sale of the property had fallen through. However, she plans to build on the property. She called again on A-0 Memo to J. According to Judie, Ms. Evans' letter was received 6/7 and will be forwarded to us shortly. 3. Clyde Dimmick 7-- 2/5/76, Engineering stated f1_3 E-1m-_S_t'T�6ef­1-�"6i connection was, eq6Vr6d by pumping. Since then, Engineering has had several contacts with Mr. Dimmick re this connection. On 5/18 Leif called me stating a waiver may be granted if Mr. Dimmick signs an agreement stating he will install the side -sewer when the rest of this property is developed. We will recheck with Leif 6/18/76 re the status of connection. JVilliam Nelson - 18919 Soundview Place - Bob Aklin is to �-�obtain this permit by 6/11/76. �-S. William Sisom. - 10611 226th Street S.W. - Has not responded to our initial letter of 2/13/76. However, Engineering believes a LID might be initiated in this area. Therefore, we are awaiting a decision or reply from Engineering. We will recheck 6/30/76. The following is the status of other Side -Sewer Code Violators: --1.
