By deed dated June-30, 1958, (pursuant to contract dated Dec.
9. 19521k.one Mable Joy Walling, a single woman, acquired title to
the East,,11/2 of Tract 6, Willo'wdale Gardens Division No. 1, except
the West 75 feet of said East 1/2 and except the East 75 feet of
the.North 51 feet thereof.
We are informed by the County Assessor that in 1957, Miss
Walling requested that the North 10 feet of the.property be segregated
out-oi her description, stating that she had conveyed said North 10
feet to the City of Edmonds, for additional street right of way.
She later conveyed various parcels, and in each case excepted
the North 10 feet for road.
We find no conveyance of said North,10 feet of record, so the
record title is still in Miss Walling, who is now, as far as we
'know, Mabel Joy Bunting.
Since the 1957 tax rol.1-f �

in question has been excepted from the description, and is not
assessed to anyone on the tax roll.
