The City has completed a review of traffic speed and volume in the area of your concern.
In reviewing the report, we found that the neighborhood does not meet the current criteria
for traffic calming issues. Therefore, the request for pedestrian pathway/sidewalk areas
will be incorporated into the City's comprehensive plan. These requests, will be
prioritized- in a matrix of citywide needs.
The speed and volume study is being forwarded to the Police Department, and your file
has been placed in the "pending" category. I would be happy to review the report with
you, so please call me at 425-771-0220 to arrange a meeting with me here at City Hall.
Following our review, if you feel that a further speed and volume study is needed, the
street can again be scheduled for a'study of needs.

SUBJECT: Exceptionto hedge height within 10 feet of a street at 66-0
�-B-irc-h St. (per ECDC Chapter 17.30).
Based upon a site inspection on August 16, 1988 1 have determined that
the existing 6 foot high hedge is not a hazard to users of the street
or nearby.property. This determination is based upon the fact that if
the street is used as designed and legally mandated there is no sight
hazard.
