At Parks request, we have reduced the posted occupant load in Plaza Room from 335 (concentrated use) to
58 (unconcentrated use) total. Assembly location contains two areas divided by accordion divider.
Pairks limits their rental capacity to 150 in part due to limited parking and concerns from neighbors.
For larger City -sponsored events as we've seen in the past, we can return to our concentrated use for this
occupancy.
