It is our goal at pioneer plumbing to provide the most efficient and cost affective service
possible. We. believe in also trying to make the least amount of environmental impact and
inconvenience to the surrounding areas. In the affected area the side sewer line has
entered the neighbor's property. At ten feet in depth adjacent to the right of way there are
sections of worn concrete side sewer. Directly above these- issue is a well landscaped area
of the neighbors property which consist of very large flat rocks mortared together to form
various shapes in an artistic fashion. It is certain that if that area of the landscape will
have to be removed and will be difficult to reestabolish. The cost may be unnecessary and
overwhelming. Which can be avoided by installing a perma-liner. This greatly approved
system encouraged by all of the surrounding areas for this very reason, among many
other uncountless reasons. I hope that you will. also find that this is the best solution for
this issue� and encourage you to consider other issues like such in the future. Thank you
