Dear Sirs:
We have recently purchased a house in a new development known as
"Cherry Hill Lane." Our home is situated at the end of the street,
bordering on the cul de sac.
We have since noticed one problem with the street. The outside edges
of the cul de sac, where the various driveways meet the street, are much
lower than the center of the circle. Because of the slope of the
street and the lack of drain areas in the gutters, we are quite concerned
that water will drain toward the edges of the cul de sac. This could
produce large puddles during the rainy months of this winter. Would
it be possible to have a crew out to examine this situation and install
several drains along the dul de sac?
Having talked with several other ne ' ighbors, I would also like to make
one other request. Nearly every family living along this street has
small chil:dreh and we are very concerned about the ' number of cars
driving along the street. Would it be possible to get a "local access
only" and/or a "caution --children at play" sign at the end of the
street. We think it would make things considerably safer for our
children.

by the City.
