Publ . ic records indicate that you are the owner of the parcel of land, which is needed for a storm
water improvement project.
The City of Edmonds would like to obtain an easement for the installation and maintenance of an
eight inch PVC stonn drainage line through the east ten feet of your property. This will provide
you and your neighbors with storm water management and reduce potential erosion damage to
the properties.
The permanent easement is necessary to provide the City with access to the storm drainage 'line
for maintenance and repair. I have enclosed a drawing of the storm drainage line location, and
easement boundaries for your review. After the storm line is installed you continue to own the
land with full right to use it, except that you cannot construct permanent structures 'in the
permanent easement or otherwise impair the City's access to the storm line.
Please review and sign the enclosed Utility Easement, � review the enclosed drawing and return it
to me as soon as possible. I have included an envelope with postage for your convenience.
