We hereby grant an extension to reflect a new deadline of September 21, 2001 or prior to occupancy of the house, whichever comes first. The house will also be "red tagged" for occupancy until the sewer is connected. Additionally we will waive the fines being imposed for the violation, contingent on your connecting to the sewer prior to September 21, 2001. The extension and waiver is granted based on the following information: 1) The property is currently vacant and is therefore not contributing sewage to the septic system and soils in the area. 2) The prior notification regarding the deadline was not received due to extenuating circumstances detailed in your August 28, 2001 letter. If you have any questions regarding this extension please contact Don Fiene at 425-771-0220, ext. 1323.
