authorized agents of the Owners of real property in the City of
Edmonds, Washington, commonly known as 7121 210th SW
(development name or address), the legal description of which is set
forth in Exhibit A of this agreement, attached hereto and incorporated
by this reference as if set forth in full, and
WHEREAS, each lot of said 2-Lot Subdivision No. 5-14-88
(development type) will have an impact on streets, water system,
and sanitary sewer system
(insert impact, e.g., storm drainage, street impact), and each will
specifically benefit from the street water system and sanitary sewer
sewer improvements
(insert improvement), and
WHEREAS, as a condition of S-14-88
(insert specific city approval), Owners shall agree to participate in a
Local Improvement District as authorized by RCW 35.43.046 for
