Mr. Wayne Hovde and Mr. Lovell spoke again and related what had had transpired during the course of this evening. Mr. Hovde said he along with s� spoken with Mr. Lantz and Mr. Lantz indicated they would go the location of 207th as proposed. Mr. Tanaka emphasized that if it is shown on the street map, even. though it shows 40 ft., they (the applicant) were only proposing to r construct a 25 ft. street, which is substandard and they would need a modification from the ordinances which state this type of development must have a 40 ft. minimum street right-of-way with a 32 ft. payvement1' length. Thus, the Planning Commission must grant the modification as well as the City Council. The public portion was again opened and no one J� wished to speak, and the public portion was closed.
