j AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
I AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICA-
TION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENCE 20,000 (RS-20) TO PLANNED RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENT (PRD), PURSUANT TO PLANNING COM-
MISSION APPROVAL OF FILE NO. PRD 4-77.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, pursuant to proper notice, held a public hearing on
a proposed planned residential development (PRD) amendment to
the Official Zoning Map of said City and has given design review
approval subject to certain specified conditions, and
WHEREAS, the City Council having determined that the
recommended PRD designation would be the most appropriate to pro-
vide for the most advantageous development in the use of sa

a
property, and that said classification would be in the interest
of the public health, safety and general welfare and that in con-
formance with the finding of the City's responsible official,`
there will be no significant adverse environmental impacts from
said action, now, therefore,'`

Section 1. The Official Zoning Map of Edmonds, Washington,
is hereby amended by changing the classification of the following
