RECOMMENDATION
Using the above findings and conclusions as the basis of the.
recommendation the Hearing Examiner of the City of Edmonds.
recommends that the City Council of the City of Edmonds approve the F}r ink Fy.gjSM
request of the Applicant for an extension of approval of a planned
residential development of property located at 68th West Street,
Edmonds, WA, and more particularly described as set forth above.
This extension is recommended because there appears to be no �', 1i,
change from the project that was originally approved by the City
and the Applicant has been delayed from proceeding with the
completion of the project because of litigation involving the

project., -
