00669ORIGINAL FINDINGS OF THE HEARING EXAMINER CITY OF EDMONDSi EDMONDS, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF :PRD-4-77 GORDON-WASHINGTON, INC. FOR APPROVAL OF AN EXTENSION OF APPROVAL OF A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT RECOMMENDATION: The application for the 2 year extension of. approval of a planned residential development should be granted. INTRODUCTION Gordon -Washington, Inc., 1365 Howell Street, Vancouver, B.C., V62IR7, and hereinafter referred to as Applicant, has requested approval of a 2 year extension for a planned residential development located on 68th Street West, Edmonds, WA, and more particularly described as follows: Tracts 71 and 72, plat of Meadowdale Beach and tract 84, except the following described tract: Beginning at the southeast corner of said tract 84; thence north 180 feet; thence west on line parallel to north line to point on west line of said tract; thence south and west along southerly boundary to point of'beginn`ing, according to the plat thereof recorded in volume 5 of plats, page 38, records of the auditor of the County of Snohomish, State of Washington. A hearing on the request for the extension of the PRD was held beore the Hearing Examiner on August 31, 1981. Subsequent to that hearing it was discovered that all parties, who according to ordinance must receive notice, had not received the proper notice and therefore a second hearing was held on the matter on October 15, 1981.
