FEE - Preliminary Development Plan Fee under the Planned Residential Development pro-
{ cedure replaces the Preliminary Plat fee and is equal to 1.5 times the Prelimi-
nary Plat fee for the property.

Planned Residential Development is a provision of the Edmonds Zoning Ordinance, and is
processed in the following steps:
'+ 1. Preliminary Approval -Procedure: Preliminary discussions must be held with the
Planning Department prior to filing a Planned Residential Development applica-
tion. 'A public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission and City Council
who.may grant preliminary approval which will then make the development plan
binding as to the general design and intent.
2. 11Final Approval Procedure: The final development plan must be submitted within
six months of the date of preliminary,approval and may be approved by the City
