Therefore, I recommend that the proposed PRD-3-78 be approved with the changes ;
suggested by the City staff and agreed to by the applicant, namely the relocation

This recommendation is made because it is the opinion of the staff that this is the
best type of development for a site such as this. It preserves the natural features,
is compatible with the surrounding uses, and should provide for a high quality living
