Plans for this construction involve refacing the existing entrance.

plan which was submitted indicating the, colors which are to be
used for the entrance to the restaurant. Mr. Spanfelner.requested
a separate plan specifying the screening plans which are to be in-
corporated. Mr. LaFon agreed that a screening plan should be sub-
mitted for review showing the materials and colors which are to be
used. MR. GREG SELVIDGE MOVED, SECONDED BY MR. SPANFELNER., TO AP-
PROVE ADB-104-78 AS SUBMITTED SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE SCREENING
FOR THE EXHAUST FANS, AIR CONDITIONING AND OTHER ROOF PENETRATIONS.
A PLAN FOR THIS SCREENING IS TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE AMENITIES DE-
SIGN BOARD BEFORE OCTOBER 18, 1978 FOR APPROVAL. MOTION CARRIED.
