(8) Land Use
Currently., the site is undeveloped, in a naturally vegetative
condition. The area land use trend is mixed, with•a park to the
north, single family residential (high density) to the east and west,
and multiple family zoning on c.leared land, to the south.
(11) Population
The development proposed will create an overall increase in
population, with the addition of eight families to the area.
(13)' Transportaton/Circulation
Assuming one car per residence, there will be an additional8
automobiles which would generate about 80 average daily vehicular
trips (8 X 10 ADT). Access to the site will be from 200th St. S.W.
Adequate off-street parking would be constructed with each unit but -
street shoulders on -site could provide additional space for
occasional peak parking needs.
(14) Publ.ic Services
a. Fire protection is through the City of Edmonds. The nearest
station is located at 5th & Main in Edmonds, about 3 miles from the
site.
b. The Edmonds Police Department provides service to the area.
