Gentlemen:
The proposed plat of Odeon Addition has been reviewed by the undersigned
as City Engineer, and report thereon is made as follows.
The unfavorable shape of the subject tract renders it difficult for
subdivision and development in compliance with standard requirements. However,
if not subdivided, this property will certainly deteriorate, with resultant
