Mayor Harrison asked for con irmation of two appointments to the Arts Commission. The
Council had interviewed the candidates prior to this evening's CouncilTO CONFIRM meeting.

Assistant City Planner Mary Lou Block reviewed this item. The rezone had been proposed
i by the neighbors because of the environmentally sensitive nature of the site. She11a-
