Gentlemen:
Attached hereto are two prints.upon which we have shown the proposed drainage ,.
for the above-mentianed plat. This drainage corresponds Co that originally proms'
posed by our firm in 1958 when we first'investigeted this property.
The drainage required will be as follows:
1: Approximately 200 feet of french drain placed across the rear of
lots 4, 5 and 6;
2. Catch basin located at the north corner of the common lot line
between lots 4 and 5;
3. 15" drain tale along common lot line of lots 4 and 5, then south
along the street to the right-of-way of 218th Street, S.W. for a

Snohomish County standard dry well located within 218th Street,
S.W., right-of-way;

4. 8" overflow from dry well to existing 8" concrete culvert, together

with a 1511 stub out of dry well for future connection 218th Street,
S.W.
It is understood that before building permits are issued on this subdivision,
one percolation test per lot shall be perforated to determine the soil character-
istics at the installation of the drainage.
This project as outlined above has been discussed on the site with Mr. John E.
Moran, Acting City Engineer.
