The drainage required will be as follows:

2. Catch basin located at the north corner of the common lot line
between lots 4 and 5;

4. 8" overflow from dry well to existing 8" concrete culvert,.toget.her
with a 15" stub out of dry well for future connection 218th Street,

It is understood that before building permits are issued on this subdivision,

s one percolation test per lot shall be performed to determine the soil character
istics at the installation of the drainage.
This project as outlined above has been discussed on the site with Mr. John E.
Moran, Acting City Engineer.
