2. Install all necessary storm sewers and drainage

Final approval of plat (or release of plat bond)
will be withheld until actual drainage as installed
has been inspected by the City Engineer.
3. Puget Place be paved to a width of 36 feet with the
construction of curbs, gutters and sidewalks. Curbs,
gutters.and sidewalks be provided on the north side
of Melody Lane adjacent to Lots 2 and 3 and on the
west side of 7th Avenue North adjacent to Lots 1 and 2.
All driveway entrances to be constructed of Portland
Cement concrete and in conformance with the City of
Edmonds standards. No paving or construction to be
performed in the city right-of-way without prior
notice to the City Engineer.
4. It is further recommended that dedications be
obtained to provide a 50 foot right-of-way on
7th Avenue North between Melody Lane and Puget
Place.
5. All lots to be connected to the City of Edmonds sewer
system and to become a part of the City of Edmonds
sewer system.
