This is to advise you that fir. Trygve Fiksdal received approval of
a preliminary Condominium Plat by the Edmonds Planning commission
at their meeting of October 19, 1966. This approval was for 49 units
with recommendation to the Hoard of Adjustment that approval be given
to a Conditional Use Permit for a 50th unit. On November 220 1966
the Board of Adjustment, pursuant to public hearing, granted a Con-
ditional Use Permit for .the 50th unit.
The proposed Condominium Plat was to be located on property legally
described as follows:
Parcel A:' Lots 1 to 4, inclusive, Johnson Garden Tracts, accor-
ding to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 16 of Plats, page 33,
EXCEPT that portion of Lot 4, described as follows: Beginning
at the Northwest corner of said Lot 4; thence Easterly along North i
line of said Lot 49 25 feet; thence South 1029036/1 East 37.68
feet; thence South 890009 West 25 feet; thence North 1029936/, Kest
37.24 feet to the point of beginning.'
Parcel D: Al that portion of the Northeast quarter of the North-
west quarter of Section 19, Township 27 North, Range 4 East, W.M.,
described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 19
Puget View Tracts, according., to the plat thereof recorded in Vol-
ume 12 of Plats,'page 879 records of Snohomish County, Washington.;
thence East 50 feet to true point of beginning; thence South 265.81
feet; thence East 122.7 feet; thence !North 79.86 feet; thence East
48.59 feet; thence North 189.47 feet; thence West 178.49 feet to.
