ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS FROM PROPOSAL: SOILS/TOPOGRAPHY All of the units will be located on the east side of the stream. Some excavation and filling will be necessary.for building foundations. WATER/DRAINAGE - Stream will be left in its natural state. Storm water, from the parking areas, will be placed..into the stream after being run through an oil separator. AIR QUALITY - Project will introduce automobile traffic into a undeveloped area thereby increasing particulate emissions, though probably -not significantly. CIRCULATION - Project will generate approximately 68 additional autombi.le tripsinto the area. VEGETATION - Development will be on eastern portion of property. Large portion.of the site will remain untouched. Natural creek environment will remain ECONOMIC. - Will create fifty new living units which should have a minimal economic impact. CITY SERVICES - There will be increased demand for police, fire, and other services,though probably not significantly. 5 ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS: _ There will be certain environmental impacts but they do not constitute a signif- 3 (cant adverse impact on the environment and no environmental impact statement will be required.
