And if the reduction of condominiums is desirable in "downtown Edmonds", it certainly'should be desirable in residential neighbor- hoods. We are an area all by ourselves; our only real connection with Edmonds is a 1/2 block stretch along 3rd Avenue, and we cannot understand why condominiums should be inflicted upon us. 2. INCREASE IN TRAFFIC. 2nd Avenue is a deadend street that ends in a cul de sac. The 10 homes that currently use part or all of 2nd Avenue and Elm St. in this area have the following vehicles in use: -2-
