Granted, some of these statements referred to "downtown Edmonds"
but our neighborhood is*only 1/2 block south of Pine St., which is
the designated southern boundary of this "downtown" interpretation.
And if the reduction of condominiums is desirable in "downtown
Edmonds", it certainly'should be desirable in residential neighbor-
hoods.
We are an area all by ourselves; our only real connection with
Edmonds is a 1/2 block stretch along 3rd Avenue, and we cannot
understand why condominiums should be inflicted upon us.
2. INCREASE IN TRAFFIC.
2nd Avenue is a deadend street that ends in a cul de sac. The 10
homes that currently use part or all of 2nd Avenue and Elm St. in
this area have the following vehicles in use:
