that this proposed action would only put the street on the Official Street Map, and

Mr. Leon Loomis, 652 - 3rd No., owner of the property along the north line of the
proposed street, asked how the proposal would affect his property. It was determined
that he would be required to dedicate 15' to serve the rear lots, and he expressed
objection to the proposal. P1r& Larry Gettner, 628 - 3rd No., said the road as proposed
would go through his garage and come within 12' of his house. Mr. Logan explained that
this action would not open up the road until such time as Mr. Gettner or a subsequent

Mr. Logan reviewed the history of subdivision hearings on this property in 1966 and in
March, 1966. The required dedication of 5' on Demery Road had now been made. He

the City Engineer recommended that the east/west street dedication require
eliminated as infeasible for a street.
Mr. Meyring said the easement shown would be jointly owned and is located in the same
location as the proposed street so that at some future time it could be made into a
street, if required.
