Mr. Leon Loomis, 652 - 3rd No., owner of the property along the north line of the proposed street, asked how the proposal would affect his property. It was determined that he would be required to dedicate 15' to serve the rear lots, and he expressed objection to the proposal. The required dedication of 5' on Demery Road had now been made. He anbe the City Engineer recommended that the east/west street dedication require eliminated as infeasible for a street. Mr. Meyring said the easement shown would be jointly owned and is located in the same location as the proposed street so that at some future time it could be made into a street, if required. f
