explained to Mr. Tooker that drainage structures such as storm sewers would be necessary,
even with the cul-de-sac plan. Mr. Brooks asked for specific engineering requirements.
Mr. Larson replied that requirements on street pavement width would be subject to detailed
engineering analysis and added that he was hopeful Mr. Tooker would be able to come up
with something at the same time as the City staff. He noted that the applicant had made
field investigations on the plat.
Mr. Peterson moved that the application be tabled until the July meeting when the Commis-
sion could have a detailed engineering analysis. There was no second.
Following discussion as to possible solutions to the problem, Mr. Logan said that Leroy
m Mr. Tooker to go ahead and redesign the plat.

with the City staff could resolve the problem, if he were given instructions from the

Subdivisions
S-22-68, D. B. Conley, 2-lot on 718 Hindley Lane (cont'd)
Mr. Logan noted that the proposed lot sizes were adequate but that the shape of one lot was
a bit narrow. The applicant had now provided for adequate access. Mr. Brooks asked
what were the specific requirements and Mr. Larson replied that water and sewer easements
were required.
Mr. Brooks then moved that Subdivision No. S-22-68 be.approved subject to all engineering
requirements. Mr. Dickson seconded the motion. Carried.
S-31-68, Mace A. Gay - 4-lot between Forsythe Lane and Pine
Affidavit of Poster was presented. Mr. Logan stated that the lots were more than the
required 6,000 sq. ft., even after dedication of 25' for right-of-way. There is an
L.I.D. petition pending to widen Forsythe Lane. Mrs. Gay was present, and indicated that
she would prefer to wait until a decision on Forsythe Lane was definitely settled. Mr.-
Murphy suggested a continuance until July or August. Mr. Dickson moved that Subdivision
S-31-68 be continued for consideration at the regularly scheduled meeting on August 21,
1968. Mr. Brooks seconded the motion. Carried.
S-32-68, Harry J. R. Head - 2-lot at 22508 - 76th Ave. W.
Affidavit of Poster was presented. Mr. Logan explained that Mr. Head is retaining a lot
for his own residence and selling the remaining property. Mr. Brooks moved that Subdivis-
ion S-32-68 be approved subject to engineering requirements and the dedication of 10' on

S-33-68, Gordon H. Wise - Lot line adjustment at 832 Cedar St.
Affidavit of Poster was presented. Mr. Logan reported that this application involved a
very minor l' lot line revision. It was moved by Mr. Dickson, seconded by Mr. Brooks,
that Subdivision S-33-68 be approved. Carried.
At this point in the proceedings, Mr. Hamilton left the meeting.
S-34-68, Alexander Proulx - Lot line adjustment at 20209 - 80th Ave. W.
Affidavit of Poster was presented. Mr. Logan commented that this was similar to S-33-68
and involved the transfer of 26' of land to the adjoining property owner. There were no
engineering requirements. Mr. Dailey moved that Subdivision S-34-68 be approved. The
motion was seconded by Mr. Gustayson and carried, with Mr. Peterson abstaining.
