Commencing at the existing monument marking the West quarter corner of
said Section 8, thence South 88 degrees, 5' 25" East, along the monumented
centerline of 172nd Street S.W., 687.05 feet to the existing concrete
monument at the Northeast corner of the Plat of Meadowdale Estates, as
recorded in Volume 18 of Plats, at Page 77, records of said county; thence
continuing along the monumented centerline of 172nd Street S.W., South 89
degrees 47' 35" East,662.73 feet to the Southerly extension of the
Westerly Right -of -Way line of 72nd Avenue West, as established in the Plat
of Robindale, recorded in Volume 22 of Plats at Pages 82-83, records of
Snohomish County, Washington; thence North 1 degree 27' 59" West, along
said Westerly line, 30.01 feet to an intersection of the tract herein
described; thence North 89 degree 47' 35" West, along the Northerly
Right -of Way line of 172nd Street S.W., as deeded to the City of Edmonds
by instrument recorded under Snohomish County Auditor's File Number

Easterly line, North 3 degrees 21' 10" West, 308.70 feet to a point which
lies South 87 egrees 30, 40" East, 120, 122 and 123 of said Plat of
Meadowdale Beach, as established and described in Snohomish County
Superior Court Case Number 78697; thence North 87 degrees 30' 40" West,
10.96 feet; thence North 1 degree 32' 06" East, 564.44 feet; thence South
79 degrees 32' 00" East, 192.33 feet to the Southwesterly margin of
Meadowdale Beach Road, as established easterly along said Southwesterly
margin, as established and as conveyed to the City of Edmonds by deed
recorded under Snohomish County Auditor's File Number 2051425, 822 feet,
more or less, to the intersection with the Westerly Right -of -Way line of
72nd Avenue West; thence South 1 degree 27' 59" East along said Westerly
Right -of -Way line, 488 feet, more or less, to the True Point of Beginning.
