by you -of conversations which you presumably have had with
different members of the Engineering staff. There a ears`
H
to be many errors in your assumptions. The facts arepthat
we notified the Department of Ecology that the proposed plat
xr`
required the extension of a sewer. They denied this extension
t,
and we rebutted their denial. A co py of that letter was sent
to you. Any answer from the Department of Ecology will also
be forwarded to 'you.,`.
Standards for development are available at our Planning
Department. Since we apparently do not communicate well over
the telephone, I:have informed
my'staff not to answer any
questions from you unless they are written.`
I recommend that if you have any further questions regarding
this development that you contact our Planning Department, or
write to me with any specific questions you might have regarding
utilities or roads.
Sincerely,
Y.
