5. The general concerns raised by community residents are the following:
a. The existing roadway of 172nd is heave'ly used by both auto and
pedestrian traffic. Because of the increased traffic generated
by his development should consider improvements to the road about
the site.
b. The existing road is in poor condition and needs to be improved
when the project proceeds.
C. The increased traffic.in the area due to the development of the
project must not disrupt the community.
d. .If possible an alternative site approach off of Meadowdale Beach
Road should be considered.
e. The site is a major drainage basin for the area. The proposed
development must be careful to adequately solve the drainage
problem and not impact the surrounding area.
f. A traffic study should be developed and coordinated with the
City...

traffic safety.
o Would like Edmonds View Property Associates to improve road on
