The projects planning is at a critical point where a city review would greatly assist { the architect and developer in proceeding with this application. Please review the attached.drawings with respect.to your departments concerns and applicable regulations, codes, etc. We have outlined a list of questions regarding the proposed plan. We would like you to respond to these questions as soon as possible. i I. Road Layout 1. Is a one way loop road 15' - 0" wide acceptable? 2. Is the planned use of the undeveloped portion of 72nd for a private road acceptable? If not can this undeveloped extension of 72nd be developed as a dead end public street, and then does it require a "turn around". 3.
