Re: Edmonds View Property.P.R.D.:
(PR-3-80)
Dear Sirs:
Whiteley, Jacobsen & Associates is currently prepairing a P.R.D.
application for the Edmonds View Property (PR-3-80). The projects
planning is at a critical point where a city review would greatly assist
{
the architect and developer in proceeding with this application. Please
review the attached.drawings with respect.to your departments concerns and
applicable regulations, codes, etc. We have outlined a list of questions
regarding the proposed plan. We would like you to respond to these
questions as soon as possible. i
I. Road Layout
1. Is a one way loop road 15' - 0" wide acceptable?
2. Is the planned use of the undeveloped portion of 72nd for a
private road acceptable? If not can this undeveloped
extension of 72nd be developed as a dead end public street,
and then does it require a "turn around".
3. The loop road is to be a private road with a security gate
at arterial intersections, what are the requirements for
this type of gate, distance from arterial, etc.
