The Comprehensive Plan Map designates the subject property as
low -density residential.
D. Zoning Ordinance
The subject property is zoned a mixture of RS-6 and RS-12
zoning. Surrounding zoning is similar, except the area to
the west in the Town of Woodway is zoned for one acre lots.
The proposed subdivision is consistent with the purposes of the
RS'-12 zone and the Zoning Ordinance.
